Meet The Team

Tidal’s culinary team is led by Chef Andrew Reyes, a leader both in the kitchen and on the floor. Chef Andrew is supported by a strong team of culinary leaders at our Mission Bay seafood restaurant.

Craft and catch converge at Tidal, perched where land meets sea on the shores of Mission Bay. Tidal aims to bring San Diego’s unique array of culinary themes to light with influences from the Pacific including Latin America, Coastal California and Asia. This thoughtful selection of local seafood and craft beverages, like the ever-changing tides, shift seasonally at Mother Nature’s whim. A carefully culled compilation of domestic cheeses are designed to bookend any meal.
